I ran in the preserve today while it was raining, because im commited this year im GOING TO run every morning of this crazy summer... ive said that for the last three or four years and never stuck to it. BUT this year im going to. I consider this my first day of summer, so when i saw it was raining out, i said screw the rain like a mail man and hit the preserve afterwards i went to the subway in town and bumped into jon poe and it was good we argued about the first moon landing if it was fake or real... I argued that it was real and im CERTAIN OF IT if anyones got any uncertainties about it please drop them here ill straighten you out.

my shoes are wet and they have sand in them,as do my socks.
the gate at florence beach seemed to be locked. huge pad locks (one fisher price one but thats besides the point) on red rusty, cold, iron chains. but in reality.... the chain was just tied in a
knot,
A KNOT!
YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS TIED THE CHAIN IN A KNOT AND JUST THREW A LOCK ON IT TO WARD OFF HOOLIGANS AS IF JUST THE SIGHT OF A LOCK REPELS INVADERS

Man ive really let this journal go, its covered in dust, weeds, unkempt hair and by the looks of it has gained some weight. kinda growing apart from it, i think its a weird way to communicate. any way this is an update, so i shall fill you in on my life. School has been keeping on doing its thing, i feel like i got a lot out of this year, met some great and interesting... people only 4 weeks left... dont know where the time went but i wish i had some of it back now ive got loads of work that is steadily piling up which i need to do before the years up not sure how ill do that! BUT ill figure something out...tomorrow.
Outside of school ive been hanging out with a lot of people I wouldnt of expected to, a year ago. which is GREAT lots of great times. the weathers been awesome lately and everythings looking up; just came back from the nautalis diner and am extremly full/content. have any specific questions about things i didnt cover just ask

Hi how are you? its been a while. I must Warn you the rest of this entry is more or less me ranting and complaining. so proceed to scroll past it i felt like typing it for some reason or another. not particularly proud of it but its what it is, and it is in double spaced format...
I am updating my live journal.
Since i know you like to keep up to date with the happenings of my life, here you go:
Id say I'm now fully back in the swing of school, and im thinking. Its a lot harder then it was the first semester.
and its not the class' or the work in particular, really but rather all that it encompasses i feel disjointed from.
my problems with commuting become magnified and much more evident with the recent drop in temperature
i just feel depressed. my mom isnt really helping shes, driving me absolutely insane actually. which is fun.
I listen to a lot of music which cheers me up and can make me feel infinitely better but sadly its very fleeting.
im really looking forward to next year and getting away from my home and all, i think it will be brilliant.

umm new years was friggin awesome. Really the Team did well and it seems like good times were had by all. Went to this awesome restaraunt called. "Spice" its near union square if your ever in that area check it out really good food and good prices although it looks like it would be really expensive. through out the night the only downer was waiting through all the sequrity checks to get into time square not even to be able to see the ball.
but through out this vacation every things been going really well, i hope every one had a happy and a merry (i stole that from some one...)

"Well, i'll go to college and i'll learn some big words and i'll talk real LOUD goddamn right i'll be heard you'll remember all the guys that said all those big words he must've learned in college"
[In this entry im going to whip out thesaurus.com so i dont use words i always use because i think they've lost their meaning from being over used] I will also reframe from the "dropping" of any names because again i think it is somehting i do too frequently
the last five days have been grand. yes grand is how i will describe them.
seeing everyone again was great, i ended up seeing a lot more people than i expected to which was a bit overwhelming in an awe-inspiring kinda way. but of course there were a lot more people i wish i could of nevertheless seen.
It all started with Tuesday night, Where the day was exalted and a bit of a journey with the plans ever changing. ending at Applebees it was a hoopla
Wensday was Thanksgiving, and if eating means giving thanks we gave a lot of thanks. my aunt did most the cooking and it was (im going to use a word teddy said the other day) "succulent" played pictionary with my family and watched a lot of history channel shows on alien's. which were outlandish, unearthly, eerie, and preternatural"
Thursday night I FESTED started out with Ruby Tuesdays then finished up with a lot of halo 2 and incommunicable events.
Friday The original plan was to go to a OAR concert at hammerstien i went to one before and it was the source of much merriment i dont care what any one has to say about the band. How ever the concert was sold out. So. we ended up watching ferris bueller's day off and then going to Chillie's which was too crowded so we left and went to Friday's then hit up tower and went to Gilgo. The night ending with all of us pushing my chums automobile back to his house.
Saturday being the wind-up of all said hoopla was great went to Applebees for lunch caught up a lot, with some comrads and did a bit of foxtrotting Then for dinner ended up returning to Applebees for Round deux. Was "Rock-Solid!" (to quote a man who shares his name with a kinda fish)after we meandered along the beach for id say 5 minutes then headed off to explore New Highway and mellville?, which both let us down to much of our dismay. But We then stumbled upon the exit to Kings Park which did a 180 with our dismay, and instead left us a bit terror-stricken Zombie Pumpkins and phantom cars and what not. we followed up with it by telling spooky....ghost stories. as banal as that may sound. then explored the isles of block buster. ending with "Grown-up talk"
In Conclusion the fact that america is suffering from an epidemic of obecity doesnt really surprise me.

Vote or what?
"Staten Island: Llyod Grove's Lowdown column reported yesterday that Paris Hilton and rapper 50 Cent did not vote, even though they were photographed in "Vote or Die!" T-shirts. Well, die already. Who are you to tell people to vote if you weren't going to do it yourself? My props go to Ludacris, because he did send in an absentee ballot."
EMT Timothy Dluhos, FDNY EMS
14% of our age group voted. over 20% voted last election. if any of you didnt vote and were of age. you suck, and have no right to ever say something bad about Bush, so take off your anti bush shirt.
I mean what is up with the friggin Trend that was SO popular it was so IN to hate bush it was the cool thing. you know what maybe thats it people didnt vote cause they spent so much money on all those cute shirts they want to still be able to wear them if socongradulations. your cool.

Happy Halloween everyone! I love this holiday, when else can you dress up as a huge mutant ninja turtle, a super hero or a monster and be part of the "norm". it gives Toilet paper and shaving cream so many new and fun uses. And when can you ring some ones door bell threaten them for candy and actually recieve it.
plus its such a perfect day for halloween its usually either cold and windy or raining.
...but sadly. im not doing any trick or treating, david cho's grinched it for me, But no matter doesnt seem like there have been many trick or treaties so ill still have mass amounts of candy! which is SWEET. hahaha. get it. oh man am im good.
Oh and with election coming up i think it would be good to have some quotes from our beloved president:
"Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning?" -Florence, S.C., Jan. 11, 2000
"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."—Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004 (Thanks to Alicia Butler.)
"Too many good docs are getting out of the business. Too many OB/GYN's aren't able to practice their love with women all across the country."—Sept. 6, 2004, Poplar Bluff, Mo.
"I'm honored to shake the hand of a brave Iraqi citizen who had his hand cut off by Saddam Hussein."—May 25, 2004
"The important question is, How many hands have I shaked?" -Answering a question about why he hasn't spent more time in New Hampshire, in the New York Times, Oct. 23, 1999
"See, free nations are peaceful nations. Free nations don't attack each other. Free nations don't develop weapons of mass destruction."—Milwaukee, Wis., Oct. 3, 2003
I Think a RX Bandits song adresses our current Problems pretty well so im just going to put the lyrics here RX BANDITS "Overcome (The Recapitulation)"
We've had enough We've had enough We've had enough of the politicians We've had enough yeah Of these politician's wars All we need right now is love We've had enough of these military scoreboards What we need right now is love, come on We've had enough of these politician's wars All we need right now is love We've had enough of these military scoreboards All we need right now is love We've had enough of these politician's wars All we need right now is love We've had enough of these military scoreboards All we need right now is love
Turn it up The future is held in the hands Who right the textbooks Ignorance is bred when falsified thinking is taught To the youth instead of Past mistakes and mind elevation, Like the graves that manifest destiny has created So we can build our Capitalist consumer based economy, To build, market, And sell commodities we don't need But we are trained to believe like celebrity imaging Well I'm here to take my feelings back and I hope That you will be with me
I can't wait for that day When I hear us all screaming. Ahhhhhhhhh, I can't wait for that day When I hear us all singing together, Ooooohhhhhh I can't wait for that day When I hear us all screaming. Ahhhhhhhhh I can't wait for that day When I hear us all singing together, Ahhh,
I can't wait for the day When I hear us all screaming, HERE COMES THE REVOLUTION. When every race color And creed of militant human beings stand up With fists together for substance and true meaning Because right now we got our feet stuck in cement We're too caught up in A material status quo punishment And one thing is for sure And that's the sun will always set, Darling you can bet our moon is quite the opposite So baby take a axe to your makeup kit Set ablaze the billboards and their advertisements Love with all your hearts and never forget How good it feels to be alive And strive for your desire Just cause you can't see Your cage doesn't mean that you are free When there are laws against nature But its ok for you to be Addicted to over the counter prescriptions And magazines dictate all our human relations
I'm not buying, no I'm not giving in To a culture that objectifies all of our women I'm not buying, no I'm not consuming The apathetic dribble on the news media's chin I'm not buying, no I'm not giving in The lies that are sold through textbooks to children I'm not buying, no I'm not consuming Cause the positive will Always overcome the negative right
And we stay inside, its right outside, We stand in line We all enjoy the fences to keep it at bay But I'm not giving in
Thankfully
Kerry is still Ahead For the Third Day
Kerry 272, Bush 266
But its still way too close so make sure you VOTE tuesday.... or you know P diddy may kill you.
